Suremix 100 contains 100% carbon dioxide (CO2) and is used for dispensing soft drinks, sparkling water, draught beers, craft beers and lagers. 

Suremix acts to blanket beers and soft drinks from the atmosphere and maintains equilibrium of the gas content in beverages. CO2 is soluble in water at moderate temperatures. Suremix Food grade certification provides better control of non-refrigerated beverages and enhances appearance, aroma, and taste.  It can be added to beverages in controlled conditions to increase soluble levels and is approved by beer and soft drink companies.
